THE FIRM:

Eustice, Laffey, Sebranek & Auby, S.C. was founded in 1966.  Over the years, the firm has steadily grown and has developed a strong foundation in the areas of commercial law, banking, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy issues, as well as commercial transactions, land use and zoning, business formation and employment law.

The firm has also developed a strong practice of providing legal services to individuals, such as in the areas of estate planning and probate, family law, elder law, civil litigation and personal injury.

The firm’s client base extends throughout Dane County and the rest of southern Wisconsin. After more than 40 years in the business, our commitment to our clients and to their success has not changed.  We are client focused and success driven.

Attorney Gregg A. Auby is a shareholder at the law firm of Eustice, Laffey, Sebranek & Auby, S.C.  Attorney Auby concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Attorney Joshua J. Kindkeppel is a shareholder at the law firm of Eustice, Laffey, Sebranek & Auby, S.C.  Attorney Kindkeppel concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, civil litigation, real estate, employment, and administrative agency matters.

Attorney Kathleen O. Curran is an associate at the law firm of Eustice, Laffey, Sebranek & Auby, S.C.  Attorney Curran concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, family law, employment law, and estate planning.

Attorney Eric A. Ristau is an associate at the law firm of Eustice, Laffey, Sebranek & Auby, S.C.  Attorney Ristau concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, estate planning, business law, secured transactions, contracts, real estate and landlord/tenant law.
